About Me.

I grew up an athlete.

Baseball. Football. Basketball.

I knew what it felt like to win a state championship. I knew what it felt like to lose. Either way I was in it. The team. The competition. The standard you hold when other people are counting on you.

Then I left for the Army and became a tactical athlete. Different setting. Same identity.

I was the guy who showed up strong.

Then life happened.

I got comfortable. Lazy. Out of shape. I stopped liking the way I looked and the way I carried myself.

The moment it hit me wasn't the mirror. It was a video. I watched myself on a screen and saw a soft guy I didn't recognize.

The athlete I used to be was gone.

So I did something about it.

I don't train for a six pack.

I train so my daughter never has to pick me up. So she never becomes my caretaker before her time.

I train to be the standard she measures every man against. So she never settles for less than a man who takes care of himself.

That's the job. That's the whole point.

I didn't just fix my own body and call myself a coach.

I went and learned this properly.

The letters matter because your shoulders, your knees, and your low back remember the athlete days. You need someone who knows how to rebuild you without breaking you.

I work with dads over 35 who used to be athletes.

Men who still feel like competitors on the inside but don't see it in the mirror anymore.

You're not lazy. You're not broken. You're not a hard gainer.

You're carrying more than you used to, and nobody adjusted the plan.

I'll adjust it.

We rebuild the strength. We drop the fat. We get the athlete back. Without you living in a gym or quitting on your family to do it.

If you used to be an athlete and you're tired of not recognizing the man in the mirror, book a call.

We'll talk about where you are, where you want to be, and whether I'm the man to get you there.
